Cancellation Policy

We require that you give at least 48 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% for cost of services booked. No-shows will be charged 100% for cost of services booked. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Thank you!
